CRM Executive Collections & Accounts

Department: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) / Finance
Location: Sikandrabad, Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh
Reporting To: Finance Manager / Accounts Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a CRM Executive – Collections & Accounts to manage customer relationships, outstanding collections, customer account records, and payment follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have robust accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with Tally Prime. This role requires regular coordination with customers, the Sales team, and the Accounts department to ensure timely collections, accurate account reconciliation, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain customer account statements and payment records accurately.
- Generate invoices, receipts, credit notes, and debit notes using Tally Prime.
- Maintain accounts receivable and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Update customer information and payment status in the CRM system.




- Coordinate with the Sales and Accounts departments for billing, collections, and payment-related issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
- Monitor overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce B. Com, M. Com, or an equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in CRM, collections, accounts receivable, or a similar role.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR), collections, and customer ledger reconciliation.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas preferred).
- Strong communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve collection targets.
