JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Preparing
research proposals
(working on the method and sampling, both quantitative and qualitative for monitoring and evaluation,
impact assessment
studies).

● Literature review, design, and pilot survey instruments and tools for
FGDs, IDIs & KIIs.

●
Review of survey tools
received from clients and translation of the same.

● Assist the research team in developing training material for the field team.

● Developing budgets for research projects
. Field mapping, planning, training, and execution.

● Traveling to the field to conduct training,
fieldwork monitoring, interviews, focus group discussions
, etc. as required.

● Qualitative
data analysis and report writing.

● Expert proficiency in Kannada language is mandatory - read | write | speak. Other regional languages are preferred





ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Essential:

● A Grad/Postgrad in MSW, Social Studies, Development Studies or related field.

● At least
5+ years
of professional/research work experience in relevant fields.

●
Prior fieldwork
experience is necessary.

● Knowledge of working on
SurveyCTO, Qualtrics,
Nvivo, MS Excel(advance)

● Familiarity with qual/quant research and mixed-method study design.

● Solid written and oral communication skills.

Offered CTC - ₹50,000 - ₹70,000
