About the Role

We are looking for an analytical and customer-focused Associate Product Manager to help build AI-powered experiences for a leading consumer internet platform. In this role, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Business teams to identify opportunities where AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) can improve customer journeys, automate workflows, and deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to leverage AI across the customer and member journey.

Translate business workflows into scalable AI-powered product solutions.

Define transparent product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).

Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Analytics teams to deliver high-quality product features.

Build AI-enabled capabilities such as:

Customer and member insights





Intelligent recommendations

Engagement and churn risk detection

Conversation summaries

Next-best action recommendations

Define product success metrics and KPIs for AI-powered features.

Analyze product performance using data and customer feedback.

Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and product experiments.

Drive adoption of new AI capabilities across internal and customer-facing workflows.

Work with stakeholders to prioritize product initiatives and maintain the product roadmap.

Continuously identify opportunities to improve customer experience through automation and AI.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputed institution.

2–5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Analytics, Technical Product Management, or similar roles.

Experience working on consumer-facing (B2C) digital produc
