Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented accounting skilled with strong communication and presentation skills to join our Finance Accounting team. The candidate will be responsible for managing Record-to-Report (R2R), and Management Accounting end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP), Order-to-Cash (O2C) activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. The role also involves team handling, client interaction, and supporting month-end, year-end, and audit activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Finance Accounting operations across Accounts Payable (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Management Accounting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of transactions.
- Prepare and review bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, fixed asset schedules, prepayment schedules,



cash flow statements, and open PO analysis.
- Lead month-end and year-end close activities, including posting accruals, prepayments, provisions, payroll, depreciation, and other journal entries while ensuring accurate general ledger accounting and trial balance reviews.
- Prepare MIS reports, management packs, VAT/GST workings, and other financial reports with supporting schedules to facilitate informed business decision-making.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation, preparing audit schedules, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and driving process improvements and financial controls.
- Lead and mentor a team of at least four members, review deliverables, manage client relationships, conduct operational review meetings, and independently handle client queries while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
