About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage data processing, reporting, and basic accounting-related activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling large datasets, generating accurate reports, coordinating with clients, and supporting business operations through timely and reliable MIS.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Extract, validate, and analyze data from internal systems to generate accurate reports.
- Share reports with clients within defined timelines.
- Handle large volumes of data entry, formatting, validation, and reconciliation.
- Generate summary reports and provide insights for internal teams and clients.
- Coordinate with clients for data collection and report sharing.
- Work on Firmway's platform for data processing and report generation.
- Perform basic accounting-related activities, including:
- Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) data reconciliation.
- Ledger review and mismatch identification.




- Transaction-level data validation and checks.
- Identify discrepancies in data and escalate issues to the relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
- Adhere to reporting timelines and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in B.Com or M.Com.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data handling and basic formulas.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to manage repetitive, data-intensive tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar ERP systems.
- Basic analytical and reporting skills.
