Sr. Accounts Payable Executive

Location: Pitampura, Current Delhi
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 3–5 Years (Manufacturing / FMCG / Edible Oil Preferred)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary

We are hiring an Accounts Payable Executive to manage vendor payments, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounts payable, Tally ERP, GST, TDS, and vendor reconciliation within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payment as per company policy.
- Verify purchase invoices with purchase orders and supporting documents.
- Perform vendor ledger reconciliation and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Prepare and process payment vouchers, RTGS/NEFT transactions, and bank entries.
- Maintain daily bank reconciliation and update financial records.
- Record purchase, expense, journal, and payment entries in Tally ERP.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare debit notes, credit notes,



and maintain supporting documentation.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to accounts payable.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Finance, and Internal Teams for smooth payment processing.
- Maintain proper documentation and support internal and statutory audits.

Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, vendor reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
