Looking for a highly analytical and results-oriented Performance Marketing Analyst who will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in paid advertising, Google Business Profile management, campaign analytics, and budget optimization.

Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Allocate and optimize campaign budgets to maximize conversions and ROAS.
- Develop audience targeting strategies based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and store locations.

Google Business Profile Management
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for all Leon's outlets.
- Ensure store information, operating hours, contact details, menus, and images are accurate and updated.
- Publish regular offers, announcements, and promotional posts.
- Improve local search rankings and visibility using Google Business Profile best practices.




- Track profile performance including calls, direction requests, website clicks, and customer interactions.

Required Skills
- Solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads.
- Knowledge of Google Business Profile optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with audience segmentation and remarketing.
- Excellent reporting and dashboard creation skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
