The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Tender Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end tender process--from identifying opportunities to submitting winning bids. You will collaborate across departments to develop competitive proposals, ensure compliance, and play a critical role in driving new business growth.
What You'll Do
- Identify tender opportunities aligned with RoadCast's business objectives and target markets.
- Research and analyze tender documents to understand requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission deadlines.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, finance, and legal teams to gather required information for submissions.
- Develop and prepare high-quality tender proposals, ensuring compliance with specifications, pricing structures, and submission guidelines.




- Collaborate with subject matter experts to tailor proposals that highlight RoadCast's unique solutions.
- Manage the tender submission process, including documentation, pricing negotiations, and client clarifications.
- Track tender progress and ensure timely submissions within deadlines.
- Maintain a centralized database of tender documents, templates, and past submissions for process improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, government regulations, and competitor activities to strengthen RoadCast's competitive positioning.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to management on tender strategy, pricing, and opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Solid understanding of tender processes, compliance, and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft persuasive proposals and negotiate effectively.
