Job Details
- Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
- Shift: Day
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Rotational Offs)
- Work from office only

Compensation & Advantages
- Gross Salary: 25,000 per month (In-hand 20K)
- Travel: 3500

Job Description:
- Assist customers with their queries, complaints, and requests
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Ensure consistent delivery of BGO and client metrics and expectations
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional support
- Update and maintain customer records with accurate and relevant information
- Support customers in updating their account information as required

Key Skills:
- Expert in Tamil language, along with English
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-centric approach with attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge and adaptability to systems
