About the MRO Program
Tata Advanced Systems Ltd.'s (TASL) C-130J Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) facility in Bengaluru, India's first private-sector defence MRO center for Lockheed Martin C-130J Super Hercules aircraft. The facility is designed to provide heavy maintenance, structural repairs, component overhaul, avionics upgrades,



and sustainment support for the Indian Air Force's C-130J fleet. The program supports indigenous aerospace capability building, enhances aircraft availability, and strengthens India's defence aviation ecosystem through advanced maintenance practices and workforce development

Qualification:

B .Tech/Diploma with 4+ Years of experience in MRO or Aerospace in industry

Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, inspection, and repairs on C130J military aircraft as per IAF, DGQA & OEM standards
- For B2, perform troubleshooting, testing, repair, and replacement of avionics, electrical, communication, navigation, and mission systems.
