Key Responsibilities :




- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding).
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.
- Handle both bulk hiring and niche hiring across various functions.
- Coordinate and ensure a smooth onboarding and induction process for new employees.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and maintain payroll-related records.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee guidelines.
- Identify gaps in existing HR processes and introduce new initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Drive HR process automation and implementation of best HR practices.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and workplace concerns.
