Role Description:
This is a full time, on-site Talent Acquisition Executive role based in Mumbai. The Talent Acquisition Executive will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for a variety of roles across the organization. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs,



drafting job descriptions, and maintaining a consistent and positive candidate experience. The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives, managing recruitment databases, and collaborating with HR to ensure smooth onboarding. The Talent Acquisition Executive is expected to track key hiring metrics and contribute ideas to improve recruitment efficiency and quality of hire.

Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess strong Hiring and Recruiting skills, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Employer Branding experience to enhance the company’s visibility and attractiveness in the talent market.
