About the Role

In this role, you'll partner closely with client teams to manage digital media campaigns end-to-end. You will take full ownership of multi-platform digital campaigns — spanning Google, Meta, affiliates, Programmatic and other marketing platforms — for a portfolio of clients across multiple markets, with a robust focus on the India market.

What You'll Do
Campaign Execution & Performance

• Develop, launch, and manage multi-platform digital campaigns across Google Ads (SEM, PMax, Demand Gen, etc.), Social (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, etc.), and Programmatic (DV360)

• Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns — pacing, performance, and budget management across all active platforms

• Manage multichannel programmatic campaigns (desktop, mobile, video); troubleshoot delivery and performance issues proactively

• Lead A/B testing across ad creative, placement, landing page,



and post-conversion touchpoints

• Maintain meticulous attention to detail — campaigns trafficking correctly, pacing data accurately, QAs thorough before every launch

• Act as a proactive problem solver — use platform knowledge to propose solutions at every stage of campaign execution

Reporting, Insights & Strategy

• Conduct full campaign analysis — performance, optimizations, issues — and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients

• Deliver structured weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports: top-level metrics first, breakdowns second, observations and strategic recommendations always included

• Build data visualizations and reporting frameworks that help clients make faster, better-informed decisions

• Define and track KPIs, success metrics, and investment recommendations in alignment with client objectives
