Guest Relations Assistant (2 Positions)

Time: First shift is 7.30 to 4.00pm and second shift is from 3.30 pm to 12.00pm(On Call cover)
Salary: ₹13,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for two energetic, friendly, and customer-focused Guest Relations Assistants to join our hospitality team. The successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience from arrival to departure.

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Arrival & Departure
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.
- Support smooth check-in and check-out procedures.

Guest Experience
- Conduct property tours and village tours for guests.
- Explain resort facilities, activities, and services.
- Coordinate guest requests and special arrangements.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Food & Beverage Coordination
- Present menus and explain available options.
- Coordinate guest orders with the kitchen team.




- Follow up to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.

Guest Relations
- Handle guest concerns, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Resolve issues promptly or escalate when required.
- Build positive relationships with guests and encourage repeat visits.

Reviews & Social Media Content
- Request guest reviews on Google and other platforms.
- Capture guest experience photos and videos (with permission).
- Assist in creating content that showcases the resort and guest activities.

Requirements
- Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills.
- Basic English and Malayalam communication skills.
- Strong customer service attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Smart appearance and qualified behavior.

Pay: Up to ₹13,000.00 per month
