About the Role

CMS is seeking an experienced Faculty – Social Media & Community to inspire and prepare the next generation of digital marketing professionals. In this role, you will lead immersive, industry-focused learning experiences that help students master social media strategy, community building, creator marketing, and digital brand communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging courses in social media strategy, community management, creator marketing, and digital brand communication.
- Teach platform-specific strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, X, and emerging social platforms.
- Guide students in developing content strategies, campaign plans, creator collaborations, and community engagement frameworks.
- Develop and continuously improve curriculum, assessments, and project-based learning experiences aligned with industry trends.
- Incorporate live case studies, platform updates,



and real-world business challenges into classroom learning.
- Mentor students through portfolio reviews, campaign evaluations, and career guidance.
- Assess student performance and provide meaningful feedback to strengthen strategic thinking, creativity, and execution.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (postgraduate qualification preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of relevant industry experience in social media, digital marketing, brand marketing, or related domains.
- Proven success in building brands, growing online communities, managing digital campaigns, or executing creator-led mark
