Work you'll do
This role is critical to enabling streamlined operations, effective alliance management, and data-driven decision-making across the Growth Platforms organization. This role supports the enhancement and governance of CRM tools, manages reporting deliverables, and drives project management activities that enable leadership visibility and strategic alignment.

CRM/Jupiter Management
- Utilize, manage, and continuously enhance Deloitte CRM tools to support Growth Platforms business needs and reporting requirements.
- Enforce CRM/Jupiter guidance, standards,



and policies across stakeholders.
- Maintain all Growth Platforms-related CRM data, including alliance and tech relationships, product information, non-tech relationships, and other required reporting fields.
- Process and fulfill CRM access requests, license provisioning, alliance profile setup, expanded access, and Tableau CRM permissions daily to maintain accurate system access controls.
- Execute Jupiter tagging activities as required to ensure correct categorization of Growth Platforms data within CRM systems.

Project Management
- Act as the team POC by monitoring and responding to inquiries in the shared inbox daily, ensuring timely and qualified communication with Growth Platforms stakeholders
- Develop agendas and drive meetings on a bi-weekly basis to support strategic alignment and effective discussions for the Reporting Team
