Position Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and performance-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to drive digital lead generation, optimize online campaigns, and increase brand visibility across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics, conversion tracking,



and campaign optimization, with the ability to generate high-quality student and corporate leads while maximizing Return on Investment (ROI).

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Google Ads Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Search campaigns for SAP training programs.
- Create and manage Display Campaigns for brand awareness and remarketing.
- Design and optimize Performance Max campaigns for maximum lead generation.
- Manage YouTube Video Ads to improve brand visibility and student engagement.
- Execute Google Discovery and Demand Generation campaigns where applicable.
- Optimize bidding strategies including:
- Maximize Conversions
- Target CPA
- Target ROAS
- Manual CPC
- Enhanced CPC
- Improve Quality Score through keyword optimization and landing page improvements.
- Conduct continuous keyword expansion and negative keyword management.
- Monitor impression share, CTR,
