Role Description
The Placement Officer role is a full-time, in office position based in Coimbatore, focused on enabling successful employment outcomes for trained students, with a compensation of up to 40K CTC.



The role involves building and maintaining relationships with employers, identifying placement opportunities, and coordinating campus and off-campus recruitment drives. The Placement Officer will guide learners on interview preparation, resume building, and career pathways, and will conduct regular follow-ups to track placement status and job performance. The role also includes collaborating with training and education teams to align curricula with market requirements, maintaining accurate placement records and reports, and representing Anudip Foundation in meetings and industry events.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in campus placement activities, employer outreach, and coordinating recruitment drives.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to engage with students, employers, and internal teams.
- Experience in career counseling, mentoring, and guiding candidates on job readiness and career planning.
