Technical Recruiter
who is passionate about hiring top tech talent and can drive end-to-end recruitment for complex engineering, QA, DevOps, and product roles. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding, experience in fast-paced tech hiring, and the ability to partner closely with delivery, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure timely and high-quality hiring. Female candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Source, engage, and nurture top-tier candidates for roles such as software developers, QA engineers, automation testers, DevOps engineers, UI/UX designers, and project managers.
- Strategically use platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, AngelList, and niche tech communities.
- Build and maintain robust technical talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
- End-to-End Recruitment Management
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle – from JD creation, job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, to final onboarding.




- Conduct detailed technical pre-screening to assess candidate skills and suitability.
- Ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with project managers, tech leads, and department heads to understand role expectations, required competencies, and project timelines.
- Provide hiring insights, talent availability feedback, and market intelligence to stakeholders.
- Recruitment Strategy & Optimization
- Implement best practices in technical hiring and continuously improve sourcing techniques, screening frameworks, and interview processes.
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and pipeline conversion.
- Promote employer branding initiatives and support HR campaigns.
