Role Description
This is a full time Performance Marketer role based in the Greater Chennai Area, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of in-office and work-from-home days. The Performance Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize data-driven campaigns across key digital channels, focusing on measurable outcomes such as leads, conversions, and return on ad spend.



Daily responsibilities include managing paid media budgets, setting up and monitoring campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, deriving insights, and preparing reports for internal stakeholders and clients. The role also involves collaborating with creative, content, and product teams to refine messaging, landing pages, and user journeys for better performance. The ideal candidate will continuously test new strategies, audiences, and formats to improve campaign efficiency and scale successful initiatives.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in performance marketing, including paid search, paid social, and display advertising, with the ability to manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns.
