We are looking for an experienced Telecaller with strong English communication skills to connect with customers, promote banking products, generate leads, and support the sales team.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects.
- Promote financial products like personal loans, business loans, home loans, credit cards, and insurance.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with customers.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM.

Requirements
- Excellent English communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in banking, loans, insurance, or financial services preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented with robust customer handling skills.

Work Details

Working Days:



Monday to Saturday
Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
Joining: Immediate / Up to 30 days notice period

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
