Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end closure of residential and commercial real estate deals.
- Assist the sales team in negotiations and closing high-value transactions.
- Meet clients to explain pricing, payment plans, offers, and booking procedures.
- Coordinate with developers for inventory availability, pricing, and documentation.
- Ensure timely collection of booking amounts and required customer documents.
- Coordinate with banks and finance partners for home loan processing, where applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, closures, and sales reports.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure a smooth booking experience.
- Achieve monthly closure and revenue targets.

- Sound knowledge of the real estate sales process and documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and sales reporting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales closing or channel partner sales.
- Proven track record of successfully closing real estate transactions.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with reputed developers or channel partner firms.
- Knowledge of RERA regulations, booking documentation, and home loan processes.
