Role Description




The Senior Marketing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Kottayam, responsible for leading and executing the company’s marketing strategy across digital and offline channels. This role involves planning integrated marketing campaigns, overseeing brand positioning, managing performance marketing initiatives, and optimizing demand-generation efforts for Citymapia’s platforms and SaaS products. The Senior Marketing Manager will collaborate with product, sales, design, and technology teams to create targeted go-to-market plans, define messaging, and support customer acquisition and retention. Day-to-day activities include analyzing market trends and campaign performance, managing budgets, guiding content and creative development, and mentoring a small marketing team or external partners.
