We are looking for a energetic Sr. Manager who combines expertise in managing and maintaining the financial records of investment funds such as Hedge funds, Private Equity funds. This role involves recording, analyzing & reconciling financial transactions related to the funds investment to ensure accurate NAV calculation and regulatory compliance.

Job Description:
- Lead the fund accounting team in maintaining accurate financial records for Hedge Funds, Alternative Investments, private equity.
- Oversee daily, monthly, and quarterly fund investor allocations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
- Review and approve management and performance fee calculations.
- Record daily expenses, accruals and interest receivables into accounting books.
- Oversee complex valuation methodologies for illiquid debt instruments including fair value assessments.
- Conduct financial analysis on fund performance and valuation accuracy.
- Supervise reconciliation of capital flows and fund transactions.




- Utilize financial systems to research and resolve portfolio issues.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to team members.
- Collaborate with auditors, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements and efficiency in fund accounting operations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills.
- Strong expertise in Private Equity fund accounting and reporting.
- Ability to manage escalations, SLAs, and quality controls.
- Proven capability in process improvement, automation, and transitions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Skills:
- 10 years of experience in fund accounting, preferably in private debt or alternative investments.
- Should have knowledge of Fund Accounting platforms. Geneva experience preferred.
- Proficiency in financial systems and data analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
