Role & responsibilities
- E-Commerce Revenue Reconciliation: Reconcile daily sales orders from our direct-to-consumer (D2C) healthcare platform against incoming bank settlements from payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
- Pharmacy Inventory Accounting: Maintain exact records of pharmacy inventory movements, coordinate regular stock counts, analyze inventory aging, and calculate monthly Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
- Gross-to-Net Support: Prepare baseline schedules and organize data related to sales returns, refund liabilities, and customer discount utilization to support the Controller's GTN models.
- General Ledger & Bank Recon: Execute daily cash and bank account reconciliations, manage journal entries for month-end closing, and maintain clean schedules for balance sheet items.
- MIS Data Management: Assist in pulling, structuring,



and aggregating raw operational and financial data to feed into executive monthly reporting packages.

Preferred candidate profile
- Education: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) or higher degree
- Experience: 35 years of solid experience handling general accounting and Core Accounts receivable workflows (prior experience in a US-facing company or shared services setup is a big advantage).
- English Skills: Flawless skilled English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience using cloud-based ERP tools like NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, or SAP.
