The role demands exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills to manage tasks efficiently across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Office Premises Maintenance
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and a well-organized workplace.
- Identify and resolve maintenance issues to ensure a conducive work setting.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely and effective delivery of maintenance services.

2. Cost Optimization
- Prepare cost comparison sheets to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
- Optimize departmental budgets without compromising quality or service delivery.




- Monitor expenditures and suggest measures to control unnecessary costs.

3. Vendor Management
- Evaluate and onboard reliable vendors for office services.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain effective vendor relationships.
- Resolve disputes and ensure vendor compliance with company standards.

4. Asset Management
- Oversee the maintenance and tracking of office assets to match inventory records.
- Implement systems to manage asset utilization effectively.
- Address discrepancies during audits or routine inspections.

5. Govt Office Liaisoning
- Coordinate with government offices for property-related tasks and compliance.
- Ensure timely approvals and adherence to legal requirements.
- Maintain relationships with government agencies for seamless operations

7. Budgeting
- Develop and manage the annual budget for the Admin Department.
- Monitor and control expenditures to ensure alignment with budgetary goals.
