Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Executive to oversee the organization's financial operations, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, and provide accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, experience in financial planning and analysis, taxation, budgeting, and excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Perform financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Handle bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and customer account reconciliations.




- Monitor organizational cash flow and working capital.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards for management.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and accounting procedures.
- Manage payroll accounting and salary reconciliations in coordination with the HR team.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Support financial planning, cost optimization, and business decision-making.
- Liaise with banks, government authorities, auditors, and financial institutions whenever required.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes through automation and process optimization.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Management.
