Salary: 40,000 45,000 per month *(Based on Experience & Last Drawn Salary)*

Role Summary

A reputed CBSE Boarding School in Ramnagar, Uttarakhand is looking for an experienced and dedicated Female PGT Political Science Teacher to teach students of Classes 11–12. The ideal candidate should possess robust subject expertise and the ability to prepare senior secondary students for academic excellence and CBSE Board examinations.

Candidates with experience in boarding/residential schools will be preferred, as the role also involves supporting students during evening preparatory classes.

Key Responsibilities
- Teach Political Science to students of Classes 11–12 as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, study material, assignments, and assessments.
- Develop students' conceptual understanding and analytical skills.
- Prepare students effectively for CBSE Board examinations.
- Conduct regular tests and evaluate student performance.




- Provide academic guidance and support during evening preparatory classes.
- Mentor students and address their academic requirements.
- Participate in PTMs, examinations, school events, and co-curricular activities.
- Maintain accurate academic records and contribute to departmental planning.

Qualifications & Experience
- Master's Degree in Political Science or a relevant discipline.
- B.Ed. is Mandatory.
- 2–5 years of experience as a PGT Political Science Teacher in a CBSE school.
- Experience teaching Classes 11–12 and preparing students for Board examinations.
- Experience in a boarding/residential school will be preferred.
- Female candidates preferred as per the requirement.
