Role & responsibilities
- Deployment & Setup: Analyze workflows, configure system modules, and manage data migration during rollouts.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve daily technical bugs and system errors for internal users.
- Testing & Updates: Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage system patches or upgrades.
- User Support: Create training manuals, training for new employees, and manage user access permissions.
- Expertise: Hands-on experience with platforms like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Odoo, or qny other end to end ERP.
Preferred candidate profile
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Core Capabilities: Strong problem-solving skills, project coordination, and transparent communication.
- Experience: 3-5 years of combined experience in ERP implementation and ERP support.
