Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, including invoicing, billing, E-Way Bill generation, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and financial record maintenance. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate customer invoices accurately and ensure timely billing.
- Prepare and manage E-Way Bills in compliance with GST regulations.
- Monitor and manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including payment follow-ups and collection tracking.
- Record customer receipts and reconcile outstanding balances.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Verify and reconcile bank statements with accounting records.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.




- Coordinate with internal departments and customers regarding billing and payment queries.
- Ensure compliance with GST and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices, vouchers, and accounting records.
- Support audits by providing required financial documents and reports.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of Accounting Principles and GST.
- Experience in Invoice Processing, Billing, and E-Way Bill generation.
- Hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable and Bank Reconciliation.
- Good knowledge of Tally, Busy, ERP, or other accounting software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- M.Com or relevant accounting certification will be
