Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Graphic Designer, Meta Ads & E-commerce Creative Designer role based in Surat. The role involves designing visually compelling creatives for Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram), including static graphics, carousels, and short-form ad visuals aligned with brand guidelines and performance goals. The designer will create e-commerce product creatives such as thumbnails, banners, catalog images, and landing page visuals optimized for conversions. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with marketing teams on campaign concepts,



refining designs based on feedback and performance data, maintaining consistent branding across all touchpoints, and preparing assets for various digital formats and platforms. The role also includes staying updated on design trends, platform best practices, and contributing ideas to improve ad performance and user experience.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing digital ad and e-commerce creatives.
- Ability to create effective Logo Design and Branding elements that support a cohesive visual identity.
- Proficiency in Typography, with attention to readability, hierarchy, and aesthetic balance in digital layouts.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar).
- Understanding of Meta ads specifications, best practices, and e-commerce design principles for conversion-focused creatives.
- Ability to work on-site in Sura
