Job description
We're looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager (Women Preferred) to drive institutional
partnerships with cooperative banks, urban co-op banks (UCBs), and credit societies across Maharashtra. This is
a consultative B2B sales role you'll be pitching and demoing our neobanking platform to decision-makers at
these institutions, negotiating terms, and closing partnership agreements. We welcome applications from

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and develop a pipeline of cooperative banks, urban co-operative banks (UCBs),
credit societies, and multi-state credit co-operatives across Maharashtra




Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations to boards, CEOs, and decision-makers at
partner institutions
Own the full B2B sales cycle: lead generation, stakeholder mapping, proposal creation, commercial
negotiation, and agreement/contract closure
Travel extensively across Maharashtra (Pune, Mumbai, Nashik, Kolhapur, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Solapur
etc.) to meet institutional clients and attend board/committee meetings
Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders: CEOs, Chairmen, Directors of cooperative
banks/credit societies
Coordinate with internal product, compliance, and onboarding teams to ensure smooth partner
integration post-agreement

Track and report pipeline, conversion rates, and partnership performance via CRM
Stay current on RBI/NABARD/Registrar of Cooperative Societies guidelines relevant to co-op banking
partnerships
