Business Strategy
- Develop and execute the company's long-term growth strategy.
- Identify new business opportunities within the textile and apparel industry.
- Expand domestic and international customer base.

Sales & Business Development
- Build solid relationships with garment exporters, buying houses, textile manufacturers, and brands.
- Increase fabric sales across woven, knitted, denim, and specialty fabrics.
- Lead key customer negotiations and strategic partnerships.
- Develop new markets across India and overseas.

Procurement & Supply Chain
- Build relationships with textile mills, fabric manufacturers, and suppliers.
- Ensure competitive sourcing and cost optimization.
- Improve inventory planning and supply chain efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of quality and timely deliveries.

Operations Management
- Oversee daily business operations.
- Improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Establish systems, processes, and performance metrics.

Financial Leadership
- Prepare annual business plans and budgets.
- Monitor profitability, cash flow, and working capital.
