Job Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Director / Senior Director in our corporate tax team you are expected to have significant knowledge in the matters below and be able to project manage and deliver client projects in the following areas:
- Conduct tax due diligences and transaction structuring
- Lead tax advisory engagements across mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, restructurings, joint ventures, and capital market transactions.
