About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Senior Manager – Liquid Tanker Operations / ISO Tank Operations
to lead our chemical transportation operations. The ideal candidate should have strong managerial experience in handling
bulk liquid chemical transportation, ISO tank operations, fleet management, customer coordination, operational planning, and compliance
. This role requires a strategic leader capable of driving operational excellence, ensuring safety, optimizing fleet utilization, and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end
Liquid Tanker & ISO Tank operations
across multiple locations.
- Ensure safe, effective, and timely transportation of hazardous and non-hazardous liquid chemicals.
- Optimize fleet utilization, trip planning, route management,



and turnaround time.
- Monitor daily operations, vehicle movement, loading/unloading schedules, and delivery performance.
- Coordinate with customers, transporters, depots, ports, terminals, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with
Motor Vehicle Rules, PESO, Factory Safety, Chemical Transportation Regulations, and HSE standards.
- Develop and implement SOPs to improve operational efficiency and safety.
- Monitor operational KPIs including fleet utilization, detention, transit time, fuel efficiency, and cost control.
- Lead operational budgeting, cost optimization, and vendor performance management.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure high service levels.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in transport planning and execution.
