We are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Executive to join our team in the eye care sector. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, and general HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in attendance, leave management, and HR administration.
- Support employee engagement activities.Requirements
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
