Expectations
The Sr HRIS Analyst is responsible for administration and maintenance of all HR-related applications to support the Human Resources function. This position supports the overall HR technology strategy while providing systems implementation and administration, reporting and analysis for improved decision-making, productive work processes and continuous improvement initiatives. Works collaboratively with HR team members and subject matter experts across the organization to implement processes and functionality that would increase the efficiency and quality of HR services, while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. Performs data analysis from multiple data systems, supports various vendor software applications, and relies on experience and independent technical judgment to provide solutions. This position may require flexibility of hours.

Education
Associate Degree or equivalent related experience.



Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field is highly preferred.

Experience/Training
Minimum five years of HCM, Payroll, and timekeeping application maintenance and support, systems analysis, and adhoc reporting experience is required, preferably in a healthcare setting
.

Workday (HCM, Payroll, Absence) Functional And Technical Experience Required.
MS Access, SQL, or other database/reporting tools experience required.
Experience with Workday integration, design and maintenance preferred. Experience with UKG timekeeping and scheduling is preferred.

HCM software implementation experience is a plus.

Prior support of Oracle Cloud HCM is a plus.

Licenses/Certifications
Preferred:

Current Workday certifications including Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, Absence, Recruiting, Reporting, or Integrations. Customer PRO certification acceptable.
