About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead the company's accounting, financial reporting, cash-flow management, compliance, and financial planning functions. The role will work closely with the founders and business teams to ensure solid financial controls and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly MIS, P&L;, balance sheet, cash-flow statements, and management reports.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and working capital.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, collections, payables, and receivables.
- Manage lender/NBFC reconciliations, settlements, and financial reporting.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, income tax, audit, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, NBFCs, and other financial stakeholders.
- Establish and strengthen financial controls, processes,



and internal systems.
- Support fundraising, investor reporting, financial due diligence, and data requirements.
- Analyse business performance, unit economics, margins, and profitability.
- Work closely with the operations, sales, collections, and leadership teams on financial matters.
- Lead and manage the accounts and finance team as the company scales.

Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a startup, NBFC, fintech, lending, or high-growth company.
- Strong understanding of accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in financial planning, cash-flow management, MIS, and budgeting.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with accounting/ERP software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and build processes in a fast-paced environment.
