Seeking a Dynamic Recruiter for a D2C brand in Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment: Own end-to-end hiring across functions — sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates at speed and quality, from support roles up to team leads.

2. Performance, L&D; & Culture: Support the performance process, learning & development, retention and culture initiatives.

3. HR Operations: Support HRMS, attendance, payroll coordination, documentation and day- to-day HR ops.

4. Onboarding & Pipelines: Deliver a smooth onboarding experience and build talent pipelines from high-growth companies.

Job Qualifications

1. Qualification: Bachelor's degree required.(
preferably HR specialisation)

2. 2–5 years in HR/talent acquisition, with robust recruitment experience in startups or high-growth companies

3. Recruitment-first — confident sourcing, screening and closing candidates at volume with quality

4. HR support — comfortable supporting performance, L&D;, culture and HR operations

5. Organised & hands-on — owns onboarding, pipelines and day-to-day HR 6. Great communicator with strong stakeholder and candidate-experience skills
