- Job Summary
- We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Sales Executives to expand our taxi app by onboarding drivers and acquiring customers. The role involves conducting group meetings, online meetings, field visits, and promotional campaigns to build a strong user base.
- Key Responsibilities
- Driver Acquisition
- - Meet taxi drivers individually and in groups.
- - Conduct awareness sessions explaining the advantages of joining the app.
- - Assist drivers with app installation, registration, and document verification.
- - Resolve driver queries and provide basic training on using the app.
- - Maintain relationships with existing drivers and encourage referrals.
- Customer Acquisition
- - Organize promotional events in apartments, offices, colleges, hospitals, hotels, and business areas.
- - Conduct online meetings and product demonstrations.
- - Promote corporate, airport, local, and outstation taxi services.




- - Generate new customer registrations and corporate accounts.
- Sales & Marketing
- - Plan and conduct offline and online marketing campaigns.
- - Distribute promotional materials and collect leads.
- - Coordinate with the digital marketing team for social media campaigns.
- - Gather customer and driver feedback and submit improvement suggestions.
- Meeting & Events
- - Organize weekly driver meetups.
- - Arrange customer awareness programs.
- - Conduct webinars and online presentations.
- - Represent the company at exhibitions and business networking events.
- Reporting
- - Submit daily activity reports.
- - Track leads, registrations, and conversions.
- - Maintain accurate records in the CRM or company portal.
- - Achieve monthly onboarding and sales targets.
- Skills Required
- - Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi and nd basic English.
- - Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- - Ability to build relationships
