We are building India's first integrated specialty veterinary group and are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing function and drive business growth across all brands.

Job Summary

The Head of Marketing will own the group's marketing portfolio end-to-end by setting marketing strategy with the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), aligning with specialty founders, and leading the department to achieve revenue growth across all brands. This role requires a strategic leader who can balance marketing strategy, operational execution, team leadership, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities




- Develop and own annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business revenue goals.
- Allocate and manage marketing budgets across brands, cities, and channels based on performance and ROI.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team across Performance Marketing, Content, Creative, Graphic Design, and Visual Media.
- Build and manage high-performing teams while working with agencies, freelancers, and influencer partners.
- Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Drive patient acquisition through digital marketing, content marketing, influencer collaborations, and local marketing initiatives.
- Build and manage content calendars, campaign pipelines, and production schedules.
- Partner with specialty founders to ensure brand positioning, clinical accuracy, and campaign alignment.
