HyreSpot is looking for a proactive and organised HR Recruiter to support its ongoing hiring requirements across sales, human resources, and other business functions.

The successful candidate will handle the recruitment process from candidate sourcing and resume screening to interview coordination, follow-up, and joining support. This role is suitable for experienced recruiters as well as fresh graduates who have strong communication skills and a genuine interest in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
- Review applications and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess communication, experience, suitability, availability, and salary expectations.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Follow up with selected candidates and support them through the joining process.




- Work towards daily and weekly sourcing, interview, and hiring targets.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role expectations.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and interview status reports.
- Build and regularly update a candidate database for current and future openings.
- Share recruitment progress and hiring updates with management.
- Ensure candidates receive a professional and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications and Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or HR hiring.
- Fresh graduates with positive communication and coordination skills are encouraged to apply.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Basic understanding of candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Good verbal and written communication skil
