About OMG Mediawork

OMG Mediawork is a Mumbai-based, full-service production and line production company founded in 2014 by Durgesh Dadhich and Bhaktti Sakpal. We bring brand ideas to life on screen, handling everything from the first brief to the final delivered file, including television commercials, digital and social media content, music videos, branded films, OTT promos, corporate videos, and high-end photoshoots. Role

We're looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Associate Producer who can support the production team while also taking ownership of projects and independently handling shoots. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the advertising and production ecosystem, be comfortable coordinating with clients, agencies, directors, crew, and vendors, and be capable of managing production requirements from pre-production to post-production.

Responsibilities
- Build strong treatment decks, PPM, and pitch decks for projects and presentations.
- Structure ideas into clear and compelling visual narratives
- Conduct creative research to find visual references, mood boards, and inspiration
- Support the director and creative team during the development stage
- Use tools like Canva and basic AI tools to enhance presentations and streamline workflows
