About the Role

We are seeking an experienced US Tax Manager (Business Tax) to lead the preparation, review, and management of US business tax engagements. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience handling Form 1120, Form 1120S, and Form 1065 tax returns and possess strong technical knowledge of US federal and state business taxation. This role requires excellent leadership, client management, and review skills while ensuring high-quality deliverables and compliance with US tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and review complex US business tax returns, including Form 1120, Form 1120S, and Form 1065.
- Lead tax engagements from planning through final review and timely filing.
- Review work prepared by tax preparers and senior tax associates, ensuring accuracy and compliance.




- Research and interpret US federal and state tax laws and apply them to client situations.
- Identify tax-saving opportunities and provide strategic tax planning recommendations.
- Manage multiple client engagements while meeting strict deadlines.
- Coordinate directly with US clients to gather information, resolve tax-related queries, and provide skilled guidance.
- Review financial statements, trial balances, and supporting documents for tax return preparation.
- Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and filing requirements.
- Mentor, train, and supervise junior team members to improve technical knowledge and productivity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve tax processes and maintain quality standards.
- Stay updated on changes in US tax laws and communicate their impact to the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in US Business Tax.
- Mandatory hands-on experience preparing and reviewing Form 112
