Job Description (JD) – Branding Manager (Mid-Level) – Ice Cream Category

Job Summary

The Branding Manager (Mid-Level) is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance brand awareness, consumer preference, and market share for the Ice Cream category. The role involves planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing product launches, coordinating with sales and trade marketing teams, and analysing consumer insights to drive profitable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Planning
- Support the development and execution of annual brand plans aligned with business objectives.
- Build and strengthen brand positioning across different consumer segments.
- Monitor brand performance and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and innovation.

Marketing Campaign Management
- Coordinate seasonal campaigns (Summer, Festivals, Holidays, etc.).
- Work with advertising and creative agencies to develop impactful communication.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing investments.





Product & Innovation Management
- Manage recent product launches from concept to commercialization.

Consumer Insights & Market Research
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.

Trade Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the Sales and Trade Marketing teams to execute promotional activities.
- Develop POSM (Point of Sale Materials) and retail branding solutions.
- Support merchandising initiatives and improve in-store brand visibility.
- Coordinate retailer activation programs.

Budget Management
- Assist in preparing and monitoring the annual brand marketing budget.
- Track campaign expenditure and ensure budget adherence.

Agency & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, media partners, printers, event agencies, and production vendors.
- Ensure timely delivery of creative assets and marketing materials.
