Role & responsibilities

Mandatory Skills
- Hands on Robust Python development 4-6 yrs of experience
- Experience building developer tools, internal platforms, internal web applications, SDKs, CLIs, or automation frameworks
- Experience with Bitbucket, CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux
- Experience with GitHub Copilot
- REST APIs, SSO, OAuth/OIDC, RBAC
- Ability to rapidly prototype and productionize tooling

Preferred
- Experience with AI/LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.) and agent frameworks
- API integrations (REST, MCP, IDE extensions, Git providers, Jira, Confluence)
- Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
- Experience with vSphere and Proxmox APIs
- Test automation frameworks (Playwright/Selenium)
- Java,

What they will build
- Build an internal web application with SSO and role-based access
- Integrate APIs and consolidate engineering and AI adoption metrics
- Create dashboards with trends, drill-downs, filters, and exports
- self-service reservation system for vSphere and Proxmox
- Automate VM allocation, start, stop, suspend, resume, expiry, and deletion
- Support quotas, approvals, audit logs, notifications, and capacity visibility
