- Generate qualified leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, digital platforms, and customer networking.
- Visit manufacturing plants, factories, OEMs, contractors, and industrial clients to promote company products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve sales targets while maintaining profitability.
- Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations to customers.
- Coordinate with the Production, Purchase, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and payment collections.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in CRM or ERP software.
- Achieve monthly,



quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify current business opportunities.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, industrial events, and customer meetings.
- Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with internal departments for effective solutions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and market feedback reports.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent after-sales support.
- Travel extensively to customer locations as required.
- Maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department for payment follow-up and reconciliation.
- Comply with company policies, sales procedures, and reporting requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
