Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, build robust relationships with channel partners, corporate clients, and individual investors, and contribute to the company's sales growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills with knowledge of the NCR real estate market.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct sales, networking, and referrals.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, meetings, site visits, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, and corporate clients.
- Conduct project presentations and property demonstrations for clients.
- Schedule and coordinate client site visits.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.




- Prepare proposals, quotations, and pricing discussions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit daily activity reports.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Legal teams for smooth deal closure.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and business meets.
