About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Service & Product Trainer to design and deliver structured technical training programs for our service teams, channel service partners, and field technicians across India. The ideal candidate combines deep hands-on service expertise in consumer durables, FMEG with a genuine passion for teaching, modern digital delivery, and strong interpersonal skills.

This role sits at the intersection of technical depth and people capability bringing together product know-how, service process excellence, digital tool proficiency, and the communication skills to make complex information accessible to every learner in the room.

Who We Are Looking For You are the right fit if you:

Have 10 to 20 years of hands-on experience in service / after-sales in the consumer durables or home appliances industry.

Have a Diploma or B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Have previously serviced or trained others on products such as Water Purifiers / ROs,Fans Chimneys, , Gas Stoves,



or Small Appliances/Large Appliances

Are digitally savvy comfortable with LMS platforms, e-learning tools, video-based learning, MS Office, and virtual training delivery.

Have a natural flair for teaching you can break down a complex circuit or a service process into steps that a field technician immediately understands.

Possess solid soft skills: clear communication in Hindi and English, empathy, patience, and the ability to engage diverse service audiences.

Are proactive, self-driven, and can manage a training calendar across multiple regions independently.
