Key Accountabilities/Activities:
- Ensuring timely invoicing, payments and Work order / purchase order allotment and distribution to suppliers as per the process defined
- Understand the requirement for IT and non IT outsourcing and should be able to co-ordinate with project management team and suppliers to for work orders & invoicing process.
- Supplier registration/ empanelment Documentations
- Creation of Contracts and work orders/ SOWs and lead/ guide the team on the same.
- Managing escalation from suppliers and project team for work orders/ invoice submission/ payment release and lead/ guide team on the same.
- Maintaining the outsourcing tracker/ matrix and sharing with seniors on demand. o Sustaining the existing network & managing the suppliers
- Should be able to update project management team on the status.
- Effective tracking mechanism

Job Details:

Highly motivated graduate, with positive interpersonal and communication skills from procurement background.

5 - 6 years of experience in procurement.

Procurement Experience from E-learning/ IT company is preferred
